( L O H ) is mainly focusing on Company Secretarial work as Lushani Liyanage, the Director of the Company is a registered Company Secretary in Sri Lanka who has gained her qualification as a Company Secretary from The Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of UK ( Now called The Institute of Chartered Governance Institute of UK & Ireland). She has obtained an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University of UK.
Lushani Liyanage started her freelance career as a Company Secretary in year 2018 after working almost 25 years in the private sector doing Company Secretarial, legal, HR, Administration & Accounting. She has experience in handling Company Secretarial work of private Companies to listed Companies in Colombo Stock Exchange.

Company Secretary is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Company who is responsible for the efficient administration of the Company’s affairs and she/he ensures that the Company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements. Further, the Company Secretary ensures that the decisions of the Board of Directors are implemented. The role is not clerical or secretarial.
